I called this dealership earlier this week to inquire about a vehicle I saw for sale online. Jay answered my call. He spent 45 minutes talking with me on the phone and answering my questions. I live an hour away from Asheville. I'm a single, working mom with a very busy schedule. Jay offered to bri...ng the vehicle I was interested in to me to test drive. I was truly impressed that he would take the time out of his schedule to drive an hour to not only let me test drive the vehicle, but also spend time explaining all of the options in great detail. He is genuinely a nice guy and I never felt pressured to buy. After deciding to guy the vehicle, Jay delivered the vehicle to my house. Again, he spent time making sure I understood how all of the options worked. I have bought several cars in the past, but I have never encountered anyone like Jay. Not only is he Very knowledgeable, but he is also a genuinely great, caring person. It's obvious that he loves his job. I love my Land Rover and I can honestly say that Jay is the best car salesman I have ever encountered. He is a true asset to this company.Show more

During the recent repair service my wife's 2009 XF at Jaguar Asheville, we were treated with exceptional customer service and courtesy by everyone in at the dealership, specifically by Jackie, and Bridget, and a special thanks to Kyle. Kyle went out of his way to handle a warranty dispute, resulting... in a “no charge” repair to the cars electrical system. This is typical of the customer service we have received from Kyle every time we visit the dealership for service on either of our Jaguars. Never less than 5 stars for Jaguar Asheville!Show more

5 out of 5 stars - I highly recommend Maserati Lotus Greenville.They offer select used cars. Their service is very professional and personal. They accommodated our schedule. Our 2012 Lexus RX 350 with only 48k miles was the greatest deal on the internet. Thank you Derek

I was very satisfied with the car buying experience from this dealership. I arrived from Texas and everything was ready to go. The people were very friendly and easy to work with. Mike Kulla was very helpful and answered all of my questions. David Urbina is excellent in the finance department. After... arriving back in Texas I have gotten emails and follow calls to make sure everything is going okay. This is exceptional service after the sell. Just bought our 2015 LR4 from Land Rover Asheville and they were so great to work with! The folks at Land Rover Asheville always take excellent care of use whether we come in for service or shopping for a vehicle. We have purchased 5 vehicles over the years and when we get ready for the next one we will be back at Land Rover Asheville.
