Land Rover Asheville had me driving a new 2013 Range Rover Sport within 24 hours of my visit. The finance manager was straightforward when dealing with me and effective in getting my loan approved quickly. Great customer service and thorough education. I purchased a new Range Rover and could not be more pleased with the experience. Jay Christian, my salesman, was attentive but never pushy. I took my time with the decision and stopped by the dealership on several occasions. Each visit was always a delight. When I asked Jay for a price, he promptly ...gave me a very reasonable deal. When I accepted (over the phone), he put the paperwork together so that when I arrived at the dealership the purchase process was done in a matter of a few minutes. Don Ledbetter, the manager of the dealership, runs a very tight ship. Everything they say they will do is done with professionalism and excellence. The best purchase experience I have ever had. Bought two Jag XJL Supersports from these folks. Every customer is king or queen. Every thing they do is to make it easy to have you back for a second car. Over the past few year have been in the dealership often enough to know that they make excessive effort to assure that the buying and subsequ...ent service visit experiences are the best one could possibly anticipate. I had a problem with extreme tire wear that required quick turn-around and having my tires replaced in order for myself and my wife to continue a vacation. The problem was handled with new tires at a decent price and replacement time. Other servicing I have had at this dealership under Don's guidance has been handled in a professional manner and in a timely fashion by knowledgeable specialists. I highly recommend their actions relative to their advertising. Show more

I would like to say thanks to Angie and the entire staff that helped me buy my Jaguar, this was bar none the easiest and best buying experience I have ever had with a vehicle period! I work for a Harley Dealer so I understand what selling a high end product is and ya'll have that down to a science,... couldn't be happier. I'm 180 miles from the dealership and would gladly drive past every single dealer to purchase from ya'll again! Top notch, and again thank you for all ya'll did! Mo Yunis Show more

It was a pleasant experience. The salesman was quite helpful. He did what he said he would do and provided all the information that I requested. The car was in excellent shape and the price was lower than other comparable cars within a radius of 175 miles of my location.
