- I am Michael McGinnis, the General Manager here at Fields Jaguar Land Rover Asheville in Mills River NC. I am originally from Wisconsin where I started with the Fields Auto Group as a Technician in 2005. The Fields Family has moved me up through the ranks to Service Director in Waukesha WI at the Jaguar Land Rover Volvo location before asking me to come here to North Carolina. Fields acquired the Jaguar Land Rover Asheville location in December of 2017. I moved to Asheville in February 2018 with my wonderful wife and amazing children. I am proud to work for the Fields Family because of the way they treat our guest and our teammates. I can't wait until we move into the new Jaguar Land Rover Asheville location coming soon. As far as being an enthusiast, I did track days and raced motorcycles for years resulting in a championship.
